Taylor & Michelle…

This was the wedding from last weekend. We had a fabulous time with this couple and their wonderful families. The wedding was in Crookston at the Cathedral with a reception at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks. It rained pretty much all day but we didn’t let that stop us from capturing some amazing images. Here are a few just for a quick peak. We’ll post more in a week or two.

Payton…

This little 1yr old had me just laughing. She was so full of energy. They brought in a cake so we just set her down and let her go at it. More to come later but here are a couple of my faves for now.

Treston & Amanda…

What can we say? We love this couple. We are so looking forward to their wedding coming up in August. Here are a few to start with. More to come! Thanks again you guys.

Lillie…

We had a great time working with Lillie. She was so full of energy that she had all of us running after her. We truly enjoyed every minute of it and captured some beautiful images. Her is Lillie with more to come next week.

More of Ben & Adrienne…

I just finished proofing their E-Session and wanted to share a few more.

I’m speechless…

I posted my lighthouse images today on a board that I visit and I got an email from one of my very good friends to see if she could use one.  She wanted it for her blog.

Again I’m reminded why I love my job.

Split Rock Lighthouse…

It seems that lately I have forgotten about getting out and shooting for me.  Since we were up the North shore for last weekends wedding Leigh and I decided to get up on Sunday and drive up to Split Rock Lighthouse before heading home.  We had a great time.  We took a path down to the shore and got some great images.

I need to remember to do more of this.  Anyway I hope you enjoy.

Britta & John… Two Harbor Wedding

We traveled to Two Harbors for a fabulous wedding on 6/14/08. The wedding was at lodge right on Lake Superior. The Grand Superior Lodge was beautiful and the day was perfect with the sun shining and no rain.

We’ll start with a few details…

I stayed with the bride as she dressed and waited for the first meeting.

John was with my assistant and she captured this wonderful image while he waited also.

We brought Britta down to the lake shore and had her waiting on a rock that shot out into the water.

After the very emotional first meeting we headed into Two Harbors. John used to live in the lighthouse so we had to go do some special portraits there.

I than spotted this blue building and we just had to stop.

Once back at the lodge we had to get down to business and get some formals in before the wedding.

The wedding was held out on the back patio and we got some amazing images.

and last but not least the first dance.

Congratulations!

We truly enjoyed every minute we spent with the two of you. We wish nothing but happiness to you.

Just a couple more. We did go get the bride and groom for just a few more images when the sun was setting. We didn’t have that great of a sky but we still got some beautiful captures.

Just one for now…

I had a fabulous wedding in Two Harbors, MN yesterday. I only took a quick peak at the images for now and wanted to share this one. This is straight out of camera and I’m on my laptop. I may play with it more when I get to my office.

I’ll get to the rest tomorrow and the next few days.
