While we were looking over some of the different products we offer Chilly excused herself to go to the rest room. When she came out she asked a few more questions and than left to go home. Well I got an email from her this afternoon and it turns out that her water broke while at the studio and they delivered their new addition at 2:27am. I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS! I can’t wait to meet her.

Beautiful Maternity…
This young couple came into night for a maternity. Congrats and I can’t wait to meet the little one.

Keely ~ 2010 East Grand Forks Senior Rep
Keely came in with her friend Heather for her Rep session and I have to say that we had a lot of fun. They had me laughing and in fact they are now going to be doing their full sessions together. We can’t wait. Keepy thanks for everything and welcome to the family.

Gage & Ireland
These two are growing and changing so fast. Gage just cracks me up. He always comes in acting like he doesn’t want anything to do with me but within a minute he’s laughing and playing and wanting his portrait taken. I can’t wait until I can take these two outside this summer for some fun images in the parks.

Cory ~ 2010 Fisher Secondary Senior Rep
Cory came in last night for his rep session. We look forward to your full session and especially coming out to your farm for part of it. Thansk for being a part of Doyea Photography.

Melissa ~ 2010 Central Senior Rep
One of our Central High School Reps. Thanks Melissa for coming in. We had a great time with you yesterday. We’re looking forward to your full session in the summer.

Dave & Ellen ~ Engagement
Their wedding is fast approaching. We will be joining them on their wonderful wedding day of February 21st located at the Grand Forks Masonic Temple.
Dave and Ellen came into the studio on Sunday for an indoor engagement session. Here are a few favorites.

Zach & Casey ~ 1.24.09 Wedding
We met up with Jodi Fugleberg from Heartland Photographer to help her with Zach and Casey’s beautiful wedding on Satureday. The weather was cold (-4 with wind chill of -35) outside but the atmospher and mood inside was warm and inviting.
We enjoyed this young couple and their family and friends so much that it was tough to leave that night. I believe I also had more than one moment when I had to wipe a tear from my eye. I just love weddings and this one was simply beautiful. Here are a few, well maybe a ton, of my favorites from throughout the day.
We’ll start with a couple ring shots.

The bride getting her beautiful gown on.

A special moment between mother and daughter.

We can not forget some of the details for the handsome groom.

When they first see each other is one of my favorite times of the day. The moment he sees her for the first time and you hear him gasp. It gets me everytime.

Casey really wanted outside images so we stole the two of them for just about 10 minutes. With the wind chill the way it was we couldn’t last much longer than that.

The ceremony was beautiful.

The reception was at the wonderful Alerus Center. When the couple first arrived we stole them for a few minutes to go do some fun portraits in some of the fun locations around the hotel.

After dinner they shared their first dance. This is yet another favorite moment.

This last image is from a moment that really had me in tears. It was right after she finished her dance with her father. She took a moment and wiped her tears and than leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. To me that is priceless.

Thanks for inviting us to share your special day. We had so much fun. CONGRATULATIONS!
Alex ~ 2010 Red River Senior Rep
Well we finally have a guy. Actually we have a few male reps this year so here is the first.
Alex it was great working with you. Welcome to the family.
